Introduction
Welcome to SDB Wallet. By using our digital financial services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before opening an account or using any of our services.
SDB Wallet is a brand operated by SDB wallet LLC, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates under Business Licence No. 2652156.01. Bridge is the direct banking-infrastructure partner for accounts, payment rails and settlement, and Banking Circle S.A. is the licensed bank for euro accounts under Luxembourg CSSF supervision. SDB is not itself a bank, an electronic money institution, or an authorised crypto-asset service provider. Axis X Group is the software company only, not a financial partner.
Account Opening & Registration
To open an account with SDB, you must:
Wallet Accounts
SDB offers several types of accounts:
For day-to-day money management and transactions
Supports multiple currencies with competitive exchange rates
Set aside part of your balance towards a goal. No interest is paid on balances.
Your bank details are issued in your own name through Bridge: a euro account with an IBAN running over Banking Circle S.A.'s network, a US dollar account with an account and routing number, and a British pound account with an account number and sort code. Your first account is free; each additional account carries the fee published in the schedule below.
How your balance is held
Money arriving on your bank details is converted on arrival into a stablecoin pegged to the same currency, and held in that form: your euro balance is backed by EURC, and your US dollar balance is backed by USDC. Both are stablecoins pegged 1:1 to the fiat currency and issued by a regulated issuer. The balance shown in your account stays denominated in its fiat currency (euros or dollars), and you withdraw it to your bank account in that same currency.
Cards
The SDB virtual and physical card programme is in preparation and cards are not yet being issued. When launched, it will be governed by the terms of the licensed issuer named at that time.
In preparation — issuance has not started
In preparation — issuance and shipping have not started
We will publish the issuer, network, terms and limits before card issuance opens to customers.
