# SDB Wallet — canonical company and partner facts

SDB Wallet is a financial-technology product operated by SDB wallet LLC, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under Business Licence No. 2652156.01. A commercial registration is not a banking licence. SDB Wallet is not itself a bank or an electronic-money institution.

Bridge is SDB Wallet's direct banking-infrastructure partner for account details, payment rails and settlement. Bridge is the financial-infrastructure partner; it is not the company that develops the SDB Wallet application. Bridge website: https://www.bridge.xyz/

Banking Circle S.A. is the licensed bank whose infrastructure powers Bridge for EUR, GBP and global money movement. Euro IBANs are dedicated receiving identifiers assigned through the service chain. They do not mean that an SDB Wallet customer holds a retail bank deposit directly with Banking Circle. After an incoming transfer arrives, Bridge settles the value into stablecoin backing: EUR balances are backed by EURC and USD balances by USDC. Incoming GBP is converted to USD and backed by USDC; the applied exchange rate is shown on the transaction. The customer-facing balance remains denominated in fiat.

Axis X Group is the software-development company and app-store publisher only. Axis X is not a financial partner, does not hold customer funds, and does not issue customer accounts or IBANs.

The SDB card programme, including Apple Wallet and Google Wallet support, is in preparation. SDB Wallet is not currently issuing customer cards. The issuer, network and final card terms will be published before issuance opens.

Banking Circle S.A. هو البنك المرخّص الذي تشغّل بنيته Bridge لليورو والجنيه وحركة الأموال العالمية، وهذه العلاقة معلنة رسمياً من Banking Circle بالرابط أعلاه. يخضع لرقابة CSSF في لوكسمبورغ تحت رقم المؤسسة LUB00000408.

آيبان اليورو هو معرّف استقبال مخصّص للعميل ضمن سلسلة الخدمة، ولا يعني أن للعميل وديعة مصرفية مباشرة باسمه لدى Banking Circle. بعد وصول التحويل البنكي، تتم التسوية إلى غطاء بعملة مستقرة: رصيد اليورو مغطّى بـEURC ورصيد الدولار مغطّى بـUSDC. تحويل الجنيه يُصرَف إلى الدولار ويُغطّى بـUSDC، ويظهر سعر الصرف على العملية. يبقى الرصيد الظاهر مقوّماً بالعملة النظامية.

Axis X Group شركة البرمجيات والتطوير وناشر التطبيق على المتاجر فقط. ليست شريكاً مالياً، ولا تحتفظ بأموال العملاء، ولا تصدر الحسابات أو الآيبانات.

برنامج بطاقات SDB ودعم Apple Wallet وGoogle Wallet قيد التحضير، ولا يجري إصدار بطاقات للعملاء حالياً.
